Obtain names,numbers,email of witnesses
Record any conversations about accident
Never agree to change the truth for any purpose
Report the accident no matter how small
report every injury,pain, or problem from the accident
Read carefully anything they wish you to sign and only sign if true
Seek medical attention and insist on your right for medical help
